Debra Stearnes, the Managing Director, founded the company in 2006, leveraging her expertise and experience in providing outsourced solutions to a wide and varied market base. This included advanced Membership Management Services in the sporting industry, as well as working proactively with marketing organisations to find affordable and compliant marketing and distribute solutions.
First Class Consulting & Mailing may be boutique, but our client range is broad and includes:

- AFL, NRL, ARU, FFA and other national sporting league clubs

The company also plays a strategic and compliant role in the distribution of pharmaceutical sample packs and literature. Adding significant value to these organisations by ensuring high efficiency in identifying, re-engaging and communicating with their members and customers. This is done through phone contact, direct mail, social media, distribution of sample/membership information and collateral.
First Class Consulting & Mailing holds a poisons control license, which is a regulatory requirement for storing and distribution of pharmaceutical starter packs in Australia. A secure storage facility is supported by strict controls on orders received for pharmaceutical samples to be distributed to Doctors, Pharmaceutical Representatives, Pharmacists, and Veterinarians.

Her aim has always been to provide marketing services that are both innovative and flexible to meet the demands of the ever changing market. A passionate & creative director, her focus is firmly on the needs and requirements of the clients. Clients call Deb when they want her insight, expertise, experience, or just a good laugh. She knows the industry inside and out, and recognises where the trickiest solutions can be found.
Marina Brindley - Data & Outsourcing Manager
With 23 years in the direct mail and marketing industry, Marina is an expert in all aspects of data, print and mail services. Whilst her strengths lay in problem solving, organisation and analysis. Her understanding in dealing with all forms of data segmentation provides a solid foundation for accurate and cost effective processing.
Vicki Tate - Warehouse & Production Manager
Vicki has one of the hardest jobs at First Class Consulting & Mailing as Warehouse & Production Manager. A major part of her role is to ensure that the millions of pieces of mail that leave the building every year are accurately processed to First Class Consulting & Mailing’s high standards – and she does a brilliant job of it.
